合川電機的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)理(li):電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)理(li)很簡單,簡單的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)說(shuo)就是(shi)利(li)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)能在(zai)線圈(quan)上產生旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)磁場(chang),并(bing)推(tui)動(dong)轉(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)轉(zhuan)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)裝置。學(xue)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)磁感應定律的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)都知(zhi)道(dao),通電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)線圈(quan)在(zai)磁場(chang)中(zhong)會受(shou)力轉(zhuan)動(dong),電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基本(ben)原(yuan)理(li)就是(shi)如此,這(zhe)是(shi)初中(zhong)物(wu)理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)知(zhi)識。電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)結構:拆開過(guo)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人都知(zhi)道(dao),電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)主要是(shi)兩部(bu)分組(zu)成,固定不動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)定子(zi)(zi)部(bu)分以及轉(zhuan)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)部(bu)分,具體如下:
1、定子(靜止部分)
定子(zi)鐵心:電機磁路重要部分,并在其上放置定子(zi)繞組;
定子繞(rao)組:就是線圈(quan),電動(dong)機的電路部(bu)分,接電源,用于產生旋轉磁場;
機座:固定(ding)定(ding)子鐵心及(ji)電機端蓋,并起防護、散熱等作用(yong);
2、轉(zhuan)子(旋轉(zhuan)部分)
轉(zhuan)子鐵心(xin)(xin):電(dian)機(ji)磁路的重要部分(fen),在鐵心(xin)(xin)槽內放置轉(zhuan)子繞組;
轉子(zi)繞組:切割定子(zi)旋轉磁(ci)場產(chan)生感應電動(dong)勢及電流,并(bing)形成電磁(ci)轉矩(ju)從而使電動(dong)機(ji)旋轉;
電(dian)機的幾個計算公式:
1、電磁相關的
1)電(dian)動機(ji)的(de)(de)感應電(dian)動勢(shi)公式:E=4.44*f*N*Φ,E為線圈電(dian)動勢(shi)、 f為頻(pin)率(lv) 、 S為環繞出(chu)的(de)(de)導體(比(bi)如(ru)鐵芯(xin))橫(heng)截面積、 N為匝(za)數、Φ是磁通。
公式(shi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)怎(zen)么推導來的,這些事情我們(men)(men)就(jiu)不去(qu)鉆研了,我們(men)(men)主要是(shi)(shi)(shi)看(kan)看(kan)怎(zen)么利用(yong)它。感應(ying)(ying)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)勢(shi)(shi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感應(ying)(ying)的本(ben)質,有(you)感應(ying)(ying)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)勢(shi)(shi)的導體閉(bi)合后(hou),就(jiu)會(hui)產(chan)(chan)生感應(ying)(ying)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流。感應(ying)(ying)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流在磁(ci)場中就(jiu)會(hui)受到(dao)安培力(li),產(chan)(chan)生磁(ci)矩,從而推動(dong)線圈轉動(dong)。
從上面公式(shi)知道,電動勢大小與電源(yuan)頻率、線圈匝數(shu)及磁(ci)通量成(cheng)正比。
磁(ci)通量(liang)計算公式(shi)Φ=B*S*COSθ,當面(mian)積為(wei)S的平面(mian)與(yu)磁(ci)場方向(xiang)垂直(zhi)的時候,角θ為(wei)0,COSθ就等于(yu)1,公式(shi)就變成Φ=B*S。
將上面兩個公(gong)(gong)式結合一下,就可以得到電機磁(ci)通強度計(ji)算公(gong)(gong)式為:B=E/(4.44*f*N*S)。
2)另外一個是(shi)安培力(li)公式(shi),我們要(yao)知道線(xian)(xian)圈受到的力(li)是(shi)多少(shao),就需(xu)要(yao)這個公式(shi)F=I*L*B*sinα,其中I為(wei)(wei)電流(liu)強(qiang)度,L為(wei)(wei)導體(ti)長(chang)度,B為(wei)(wei)磁(ci)場強(qiang)度,α是(shi)電流(liu)方向與(yu)磁(ci)場方向間的夾角。當導線(xian)(xian)垂直(zhi)于磁(ci)場時候,公式(shi)就變成F=I*L*B了(如(ru)果是(shi)N匝線(xian)(xian)圈的話,磁(ci)通B就是(shi)N匝線(xian)(xian)圈的總磁(ci)通,而不需(xu)要(yao)再乘N了)。
知(zhi)道(dao)了受力,就知(zhi)道(dao)轉矩(ju),轉矩(ju)等于扭力乘(cheng)以(yi)作用(yong)(yong)半徑,T=r*F=r*I*B*L(向(xiang)量乘(cheng)積)。通過功率(lv)(lv)(lv)=力*速度(du)(P=F*V)以(yi)及(ji)線速度(du)V=2πR*每秒轉速(n秒)兩(liang)個公(gong)式 ,可以(yi)與功率(lv)(lv)(lv)建(jian)立(li)上關系(xi),得到下(xia)面序號3的(de)公(gong)式。不(bu)過要注(zhu)意,這時候使(shi)用(yong)(yong)實際輸出(chu)扭矩(ju),所以(yi)計算出(chu)的(de)功率(lv)(lv)(lv)是(shi)輸出(chu)功率(lv)(lv)(lv)。
2、交流異(yi)步(bu)電機(ji)的(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)計(ji)算公(gong)式(shi):n=60f/P,這(zhe)個很(hen)簡單,轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)與電源頻(pin)率成正比,與電機(ji)極(ji)對(dui)子(記住是一(yi)對(dui))數(shu)成反比,直接套用(yong)公(gong)式(shi)就(jiu)好。不(bu)過(guo)這(zhe)個公(gong)式(shi)實際(ji)計(ji)算出(chu)是同(tong)步(bu)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)(旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)磁場速(su)度),異(yi)步(bu)電機(ji)實際(ji)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)會(hui)略低于同(tong)步(bu)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su),所以我們往往會(hui)看到(dao)4極(ji)電機(ji)一(yi)般是1400多轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan),達(da)不(bu)到(dao)1500轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)。
3、電機轉矩、功(gong)(gong)(gong)率計(ji)轉速的關(guan)系:T=9550P/n(P是(shi)電機功(gong)(gong)(gong)率、n是(shi)電機轉速),可(ke)以從上面序號1內容(rong)中推導(dao)出(chu)(chu)來,不過我們(men)沒必要學會推導(dao),記住這個計(ji)算(suan)公式就可(ke)以。不過再次提醒,公式中功(gong)(gong)(gong)率P不是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入功(gong)(gong)(gong)率,而是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率,由于電機有損耗,輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入功(gong)(gong)(gong)率不等(deng)于輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率。但(dan)是(shi)書本(ben)上往往理想化,將輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入功(gong)(gong)(gong)率等(deng)于輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率了。
